Family Physician / General Practitioner (Primary Care) – UK/USA-Trained Physician Relocation

Location: Multiple clinic sites across the Greater Toronto Area

Neobridge Healthcare is recruiting for multiple opportunities with a well-established clinic group based in Toronto.

Practice Model: Mixed model (rostered patients plus walk-in/same-day access)
Environment: Busy, fast-paced primary care setting with strong patient demand

Role Overview

We are seeking Family Physicians / General Practitioners to deliver comprehensive, patient-focused primary care in modern outpatient clinics across Ontario. This opportunity is especially well suited to UK- and US-trained physicians interested in relocating to Canada with structured support for immigration, work authorization, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full-scope family medicine, including preventative care, chronic disease management, and episodic/same-day care
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat common acute conditions and minor illnesses
  • Manage follow-up visits, care plans, and specialist referrals as needed
  • Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic investigations
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the clinic EMR
  • Work collaboratively within a high-volume primary care environment to support quality patient outcomes

Compensation & Relocation

  • Fee-for-service model with a 70/30 split
  • Relocation support available

Immigration & Relocation Support

International Candidates Welcome

  • The organization will obtain an LMIA to support a Canadian work visa where required
  • Guidance is available for candidates navigating the Permanent Residence (PR) process
  • Relocation and onboarding support provided

Qualifications

  • MD or equivalent with training in Family Medicine / General Practice
  • Licensed with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO), or eligible for licensure
  • UK candidates: GP training such as CCT / MRCGP considered, depending on individual credentials
  • US candidates: Board-certified or board-eligible training considered, depending on individual credentials
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working in a busy primary care setting
